Hi Dear ,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of atrophic rhinitis which is due to infection in sinuses. It could be due to exposure to allergens. It is completely curable. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to avoid exposure to allergen. Take combination of antihistamines and mast cell stabilizers as it will give immediate relief and boost your immunity. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Go for paranasal sinus X-ray. Start treatment after proper prescription. Take proper course of antibiotics. You should take steam inhalation on daily basis. Do gargle with saline rinses.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
