How Should A Headache Causing Dizziness, Limb Weakness And Syncope Be Treated?

Hello.. Starting last night i had a extremly bad headache, like the kind that just stops everything that your doing at about 2 am. The head pain was more in the temple and back of the brain areas. Whenever i would try to open my eyes, it felt like the world was spinning and i would get super disorientated. Also a weird thing that happened is that i found it super difficult to move my limbs as they felt limp and weak. About an hour later i passed out. Then this morning, i was fine until about noon when the sudden pain in the temples and back came back, and the same things goes for the dizziness. It would last for about 30 minutes or so, then it would fade into a normal headache. Walking around was hard as i was dizzy. This random spurts happen every hour and a half or so. I dont think its a migraine because i have thoose frequently and i know its very different from this. What could this be and what should i do?

Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having episodes of headache associated with dizziness, limb weakness and syncope. My response to your question is as below.
The common causes for these symptoms are transient ischemic attack and requires evaluation. These symptoms can also occur in certain rare forms of migraine like hemiplegic migraine.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Hope this answers your question.
