How Should A Hemorrhoid Be Treated?

I have a hemorrhoid and I looked up how to treat it. The websites talked about procedures and what not, but I also found one that offered natural remedies. This website instructed me to avoid spicy foods, oily foods, junk foods and fast foods. Also, it said not to drink alcohol, tea, coffee or smoke. Now, I have two questions: Are these going to help my hemorrhoid go away? When it says to avoid smoking, is it talking about cigarettes, marijuana, or both?

Hello,

Natural ways can help control mild haemorrhoids and prevent further progress and complications.

You should eat a healthy diet with lots of water, fibre, veggies and fruits, avoid spicy food and all kinds of smoking.

However, severe cases of haemorrhoids which are inflamed or bleeding are better treated by removal procedures.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
