How Should Acidity, Head And Neck Pain With Vomiting Be Treated?
Doctor i have regular acidity attacks (at least once in 02 weeks), where in i have acute head pain, pin in the neck, vomating (which last for minimum 8 - 10 times). After vomiting i feel fresh for next 01 week & again the problem starts. I have these problem only during night time starting from @ 2 am till 10 am in the morning. Please help me
* As per my case evaluation, gastric upset with or without underlying ulcer.
* Headache and neck pain have to be correlated with clinical examination and supportive findings as there can be stress, anxiety related, low haemoglobin, BP alteration or so forth.
* Present relief with antiemetic as ondansetron, PPI as omeprazole and antipyretic analgesic as paracetamol for best care. Do continue to use our medical services.
