How Should Constant Constipation With Excess Urination Be Treated?

I am a 64 year old male. I have constant constipation. I am urinating a lot. I was on Verapamil for high blood presure. Now a beta blocker. I am taking fibercon 6 tablets a day. My medications are;atrovastatin,Omerprazole,warfarin,Alfuzosin,Digoxin,metoprolol, singular,fexfennadine,advair My PSA level is 1.2. My urologist checked my prostrate and said it was normal. I have an upcoming appointment with both urologist and Gastro dr. I am concerned Your opinion is appreciated. Thank you, Frank

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Constipation is not the disease condition unless it is being proved something neurological illness of gut else it can be drug induced in your case. Try to have move fiber containing diet, excessive voiding could be due to infection although in male it is very less likely and to confirm it urine needs to be sent for culture sensitivity test. For constipation you can try Isabgol stool softener powder, hope this information helps.
