Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

That contains Mefenamic acid, an antipyretic. If no symptoms apart from fever and the child is otherwise active and playful, this is probably a viral fever which will come down in 3-4 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
