General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The dysuria, blood in urine with testis enlargement indicate possible calculus in the urinary system with or without orchitis condition.

As the acute phase is subsided, work up with urine microscopy and ultrasound of the KUB with testes doppler is the best way to handle further.

Till that time, plenty of liquids, cranberry pills and conventional antibiotic prescription as fluoroquinolone or penicillin as per the choice of your doctor will help you time being.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
