I have studied your case and Inthink you are not managing this abrasion in right method. There is chances that it can become a bigger issue. It is good that you share this information on healthcare magic. I will try my best to help you.
1. Avoid wearing very tight garments.
2. Use mupirocin or beta dine ointment.
3. Also avoid any plaster, keeping abrasion open is better.
4. Do not rub or scratch the wound, avoid water application.
5. Take any oral antibiotic like ciplox.
I hope these methods will help you in faster healing .Let me know if there is any other follow up questions.
