How Should Nausea, Dizziness, Heart Palpitations, Excess Urination And Sweating Be Treated?

Dear Doctor,

Last night I gargled a strong amount of salt water for my throat.

Unfortunately not long after I felt ill. I felt nausea, dizziness, nervous, heart pounding, sweating. Infact I have not had any sleep yet at all night because of the salt.

I have been urinating a lot recently over the last twelve hours, and also drinking large amounts.

I am only a little bit better 12 hours later.

Do you have any recommendations of how to fast track the release of these salts?

Hello,

Nausea, urination, palpitations may be due to hypertension or BPPV or vestibular neuronitis. It may be possible with TIA or stroke.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please check your blood pressure, ECG, CT brain then consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
