How Should Patchy Parenchymal Scars, Bronchiectasis And Bronchiolectasis Be Treated?

hi,i underwent NECT chest screening and following are the findings patchy parenchymal scars and fibrotic strands are noted in the apicoposterior segment of left upper lobe with associated mild traction bronchiectasis,bronchiolectasis and adjacent apical pluran thickening , please advise me on the treatment for removal of scars.Few patchy sub pleural strands are also noted in the anterior segment of left upper lobe, inferior lingular segment and medial segment of right middle lobe. Kindly advise me on the best possible treatment towards the above issue. I am presently based out of chennai.

According to the history you provide you should not smoke if you do.If you do not have cough or breathlessness than nothing more to do regarding.
