Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It is very likely external
Hemorrhoid veins (piles). Hemorrhoids are enlarged and swollen veins in the anus and
rectum. It is most likely caused by excess straining from
constipation and may cause pain, itchiness or bleeding.
At the initial stage of the disease hemorrhoids can be cured with the following diet and lifestyle modifications:
-Increase the amount of fiber in your diet along with adequate intake of fluids.
-Eat more fresh fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds.
-You can also add fiber supplements to your diet up to 30 grams per day. Fibers with fluids soften stools and decrease the strain during bowel movement and make it easy to pass.
-Exercise regularly to stimulate your bowel movements.
-Use toilet as soon as you feel the urge without waiting.
-You can make a habit to use certain time of the day to sit on the toilet for
regular bowel movements. But avoid prolonged sitting or straining.
-Try warm water sitting bath (sitz bath) every day after each bowel movements for about 20 minutes.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
