How Should Stomach Discomfort After Ingestion Be Treated?

Hi Doctor, Good morning, My name is Prateek and I have stomach issues and have done all the tests which are normal like ultrasound, ST scan, Blood test, Urine test, Liver test and most of the consulted doctors are saying I am normal with no issues or just had gastric problem. But currently I am taking Ayurveda treatment with no significant improvement where problem is I feel stress after sitting continuously for a long time or when I sit at 90 degree posture for long time or when I eat food in sitting. Can you please guide me with the possible steps I should or any suggestions about doctors I could consult. Thanks & Regards Prateek
