Hello and thank you for asking,
I have gone carefully through your concern.
The symptoms that disturbs you, pain in both legs, is not caused by thyroid disorders.
The fluctuations in the TSH level, should e due to inaccurate dose of the levothryoxine, or inappropriate way of use.
It should be taken every day, with an empty stomach and you should not eat or drink anything for 1 hour.
It would be a pleasure to advice you further, if you attach the latest hormonal results.
