Should I start gym after 3 months(jaundice)?
If you over exercise then you would cause your body to lose energy/calories, and this would cause further weight loss.
You may want to reduce activities for now to try and regain weight. Persons exercise to lose weight or maintain their present weight.
In addition to reducing activity, you would need to increase your calorie intake. This means eating more regularly and using foods with increased amounts of calories.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Michelle Gibson James
