How Soon Can One Exercise Post Jaundice Treatment?

Hello doctor ! Actually I am very thin only 43 kg I have ,my age is 20 and height is 174 cm .I am regularly eating healthy food (among 2500-3000 calories)and not even unhealthy junk foods .last month I have suffered from jaundice and got 40 kg weight ..how should I gain weight ? Should I start gym after 3 months(jaundice)?

Hello,

If you over exercise then you would cause your body to lose energy/calories, and this would cause further weight loss.

You may want to reduce activities for now to try and regain weight. Persons exercise to lose weight or maintain their present weight.

In addition to reducing activity, you would need to increase your calorie intake. This means eating more regularly and using foods with increased amounts of calories.
