How To Accurately Calculate Ovulation Date?
I am trying to conceive my first child. I am confused as to whether or not I am properly taking the steps to assure I am having intercourse on my appropriate ovulation date. I am on a steady 30-31 day cycle my October menstrual cycle started on the 22nd and ended on the 27th of October so technically I am on day 12 of my cycle(follicular phase) I am suppose to ovulate soon if not today tomorrow. But my next cycle does not start until the 22nd of November. So its pretty much of a 2 week stretch of when ovulation is suppose to occur which is quite frustrating. any advice doc?

in my opinion ,u should do ovulation study with help of sonography ,by gynecologist/radiologist...to know exact time of ovulation...in a 28 days cycle,ovulation is between 11th to 18th day...best is by sonography..
