How To Alleviate Sciatic Pain With Difficult Bowel Movements?
am suffering from a severe bout of sciatic pain over the last few weeks. Am experiencing difficulty w/ bowel movements and feel that they are somewhat restricted. Pain often is relieved in the afternoon and am able to swim and surf w/o problems. But the mornings are extremely painful... and it is almost impossible to get going. Tonight walking is extremely painful. Am in severe state of anxiety... over this issue as I have had surgery for ruptured discs in the past
Sitting position, may aggravate the pain, middle age 40-50 most common.
Non surgical treatment with NSAIDs, exercise and stretching, epidural injection of steroids may help. Surgical laminectomy, post arch removal is useful.
Hi fiber diet and syrp lactitol may help for your constipation. If you are not improved consult your doctor.
