As per the history you have provided it seems that your body clock has set for passing stools twice in the day as you have mentioned, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
This is difficult to break if of a long standing or related to any trigger like food, tea-coffee or so.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
First of all find the trigger factor that instigates you to pass stool in the afternoon. Stop the factor say anything that you eat, drink, thoughts,
stress,
anxiety, and you may slowly get stopped stools in the afternoon.
Also find for any factors that help control and follow these.
There are no specific medicines that can stop this other than one takes in case of
IBS that is
irritable bowel syndrome.
You can take adjusted dosages of Isabgol husk with warm water that may help control.
Send the stool for lab for three consecutive days and get additional medications as indicated by the reports.
