Ok, I am 58, and in pretty good health. Just had an endoscopy
and it was normal, but I spend half of my day being sick to my
stomach. My diet is so bland, and I don't eat fatty foods. I am
a vegetarian. So do I have food allergies that I don't know about?

What are the symptoms you suffer from? Diarrhea or pain abdomen or irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel disease etcetera. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Avoid dairy products and avoid gluten-containing food. FODMAP diet is useful. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
