How To Avoid Having Yeast Infections And Bacterial Vaginosis Every Month?

I have been getting Yeast Infections and Bacterial Vaginosis every month for about a year, iv'e gotten them treated but they always come right back. could it b something im using maybe a soap? or could i be severely senistive down there that i catch infections easily?

This is really stressful and makes me really insecure about myself. please help me!

hi, i do care for your concern.
You have not mentioned your age.
howevwer i would advise
to check your blood glucose level checked as this is a major contributor for recurrent infection. A long course anti-fungal medication would help.
Also use anti-fungal soap, and keep your under garments neat and tidy, avoid excessive sweat formation by using dusting powder, as this all would definitely add to the help.
