How To Avoid Side Effects Of Conzace?

I bought 30 capsules of the multivitamin supplement Conzace. I just took my first capsule today and after some minutes or so I felt like vomiting- you know that feeling when saliva secretes uncontrollably from the sides of the inside of your mouth and i had to run to the sink to spit them out otherwise I ll vomit for real? Should I continue taking this everyday until the side effect is gone? Or should I forget about taking the vitamins at all and waste the 29 capsules I have left? NOTE: I took the vitamins for about 4 or 5 consecutive days on the second week of November that just passed to fight off some cold and cough. I can only remember one instance of feeling the same (salive secretion in the mouth) while I was at work but eventually forgot about it because I was too busy with work, but all in all I thought I was fine with the supplement.

Hi,

I am Dr.Bruno. I have read your question with care and understand your concerns. Let me try to help you

Before coming to your question, let me tell you something

Vitamins are of two types
1 Fat Soluble A,D,E,K
2 Water Soluble B,C

Of these Water Soluble Vitamins B and C do not have much overdose signs and can be taken daily
But
Fat Soluble Vitamins A,D,E,K can produce overdose and have to be taken on a weekly basis to avoid side effects

Conzace has to Fat Soluble Vitamins A and E

Coming to your question : How to avoid side effects of Conzace?
The answer is : Take the Pill on alternate Sunday. There is no need to waste the other 29 pills

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Hello,
Try taking the vitamin after you have eaten a full meal. If you still have nausea then you probably will need to get rid of them and find another supplement to take that does not cause this reaction
