How To Balance Dose Of Thyroxine To Cure Tininitus?

I am male 58 yrs taking thyroxine 200 mg per day since 2004 when TSH was tested as 133 with no weight loss or gain . latest TSH is 0.04 heart rate 66 per min Doctor advised not to reduce dose in light of low heart rate . I developed TININITUS of high frequency Is high dose of Thyroxine has anything to induce TININITUS . How to balance dose of Thyroxine 200mg ( GLAXO ) to cure TININITUS and keep heart rate fine SANJEEV KUMAR KHANNA 58 YRS

Post complete test result - TSH and Free T4 both. Regarding low heart rate, if TSH is normal or lower side, it is unlikely that is causing low heart rate. I suggest to get ECG & 2d echo and get examined blood pressure level and after checking T4 if it is also normal or high, reduce Thyroxine to 175 from 200.
