hi 2yrs a go i had a omplete hysterectomy was put on Estradiol 1MG i noticed i have vaginal dryness which caused one of the problems in my marriage, i am dating now and notice same thing, @times the labidio is low..what can i do , is there a remedy i used to be very sensual. i am becoming depressed@ times. Marsha Crockett sir i am on workmens comp, i dont get paid until next friday.

Hello,
Vaginal dryness and loss if libido may be due to menopausal symptoms due to the hystrectomy. Use estrogen cream for vaginal use. It will help with the dryness and also the libido.. Your estradiol dose may also need to be increased.
