How To Bring Down My Elevated BP?

yI have elevated BP rotating at234/110 and202/97mmHg for the last one year.I. have taken NILOL,NIFELAT,LISTRIL AND FOR THE LAST THREE DAYS ADCO-RETIC BUT STILL high st191/86 pulse76.blood sugar is between 6.9 and5.8.what do I do to bring it to 129/80? Goodday Samson.

Hello Samson.
As you mentioned that your BLOOD PRESSURE is 234/ 110 mm of HG.
Both systolic as well diastolic blood pressure is very high .
As you mentioned that you took atenolol, nefidipine , lisinopril and dco-retic , all are ineffective .
When such type of cases visit to me I advise them nitrogycerine intravenous with frusemide tablets .
As this is a very high blood pressure , this is concerning . You need to investigated with E K G & ECHOCARDIOGRAM to isolate the case.
I would recommend you visit a Cardiologist at the earliest & sort this problem.
