How To Bring Out A Coin Which Was Swallowed Accidentally?

my boy, 11, swallowed a coin 2 days ago, and we've been checking his stool since then, but its still in there...
He's not having any problem, he's eating normal, breathing normal, no pain no syptoms. How long should i wait for that coin to make out...

and i haven't shown him to any doctor yet...
i am very depressed with this..

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Once the coin passes through the esophagus it will come out without any effort.
It may take few days more.
If you are much worried you can have an x-ray to know the position of the coin in the gut.
There is nothing to worry.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
