How To Build Muscles?

hii...i am 23 year old guy. My height is 167 cm and weight is 53kg. Physically i look like a 15 years old kid. I want to develop my body, so that nobody try to underestimate me just because of my physique. And there is lack of calcium in my body. Plz suggest me a relevant way to overcome this problem

Hi and thank you so much for this query.

The best way to develop your muscles is through thorough physical exercises. Your weight is okay for your height and I really do not understand why you are getting too concerned about it. Under estimating your age shows how well you do take care to stay always fresh and young. To me it is a complement and no reason to worry about. Is not who people say you are that is true but who you know you are. And you know you are not 15years old, believe yourself and not others on this.

I hope this addresses your query fully. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
