How To Burn Calories Before Sleeping At Night For A 21yrs Old ?

Hello doctor Pleasee help me. I am 21yrs old, height 170.2cm nd weight is 55kgs. I eat very healthy but end up eating something Sweet everyday which ruind my diet. Today i exercised For 1hr30mind then had protien shake, after 2hrs An apple, for lunch 2chapatis with homemade chicken curry Nd dahi made from skimmed milk nd cucumber. In the evening I had 30g museli nd coffee. Fr dinner half apple plus a salad with Low fat dressing But now at 10pm i ended up eatn an entire cake slice! Please tell me if m eatn way too many calories and How to undo the damage i have done. I do not Want to gain weight at all. Please help me

Hi xylena, at that height and weight you have an exceptionally good BMI. I wonder what's wrong and why you seem panicky. If you excercise enough you may eat well too and a bit of fatty food will do no harm whatsoever. You are just fine from what I see. Take care and Good Luck.
