How To Calculate IQ Of 5 Year Old?

Hi...how do i know if my son is having a low IQ? He is 5 years old, cant talk well, can't even follow doted lines, cant differentiate colors, can't sit or stand still, cant even understand what im talking/asking abt..... pls help..thanks. Where can I go to get help?
