How To Check For Internal Bleeding After An Injury To The Temple?

Hi, While removing legs of the hard plastic rack, my right temple got hit. how should i know i am bleeding internally.I have slight pain on the temple area. i don't have any dizziness,nausea,or vomiting. Though my ear feels funny in side. can you help me. Do i have to see a doctor.
