sir i have motion problem my tummy feels very hevay and mouth is stinking i drink more water, i smoke a lot.
noe any home remedies to clean my stomach.Right now i am in vietnam outskirts and difficult of language, i am basically an indian

please suggest me

I really appreciate your concern, infection could be likely cause of this and I would suggest to try Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for seven days try to cut down the smoking if the persist then you will have to see the doctor for better and proper diagnosis there could be several abdomen pathologies hope this information helps.
