How To Confirm A Successful Medical Abortion?

Hello I need advise please about my situation now, I'm 20 weeks pregnant and i start to take cytotec when i was have 1 week pregnant. I take 4pcs but still nothing happens after i take and take again, 3times i take cytotec and the last one is cytomis 6pcs it was working after 24 hours I get bleeding is much that's why i was thinking that my problem is done. Only 2 hours and then no more bleeding. And i know the fetus still living inside and now i have bleeding and not stop almost 2 weeks. And I want to ask what i should to do because i cannot dicide to go in the hospital because here in middle east is very danger and illigal the abortion case thanks

Hello,

I will suggest you to take 4 tablets of Misoprostol, orally or sublingual or per vaginal route. This will most likely help to complete the abortion process.

As such schedule of abortion pills is as follows, tablet Mifepristone followed by tablet Misoprostol, orally or sublingual or per vaginal route after 48 hours. It is suggested to take a course of a broad spectrum antibiotic like Doxycycline twice a day for 5 days, prophylactically.

Completion of process can be confirmed by doing blood beta HCG test after 15 to 20 days, or by doing pregnancy test on morning's first sample of urine. Negative reports indicate that the process is complete.

Secondly, after expulsion of clots and products of conception, the bleeding diminishes and stops.
