How To Confirm Pregnancy?

I missed my period and it 5.3 weeks from last LMP. My menstrual cycle is between 30-32 days. When i did a home pregnanacy test it showed a faint line which i understood as a positive result and went to confirm with a gynec. She did a ultrasound and told me tht she cant find a sack in the uterus and the lining is 14.5. She told me to come again after 3 days for another ultrasound. She also mentioned that she can find some deposits and periods may or may not occur. What should i understand from this? Am i pregnant?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that Ultrasonography is the only method by which pregnancy can be detected accurately but it should be done with the skilled person with calibrated instrument, if the Gynecologist is not did not find the sac then its mean pregnancy is absent, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
