How To Confirm Pregnancy?

I have a bicornuate uterus, and I think I'm pregnant. I have been pregnant twice before, and had false negatives until I was up to 4 months pregnant. I now believe I may be pregnant, have taken at home prenancy tests, and have received a negative result. If I was pregnant, I would only be about 1 month and 1/2. Being that I have had so many false negatives in the past, I was wondering if there is anything I could do to see if I'm pregnant, before the at home test would show ( such as blood tests or ultrasounds)

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that apart from urinary pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy , a blood bhCG level can also be done for confirmation of pregnancy and to see if there is any rising titre.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
