Hello,

Your lipid profile indicates you are at borderline to high risk for obesity and cardiovascular diseases. The following are your risk factors:
1) High lipid levels
2) Diabetes
3) Hypertension
4) Stenosis or blockade in coronary arteries.

The following are my recommendations:
1) Very low fat diet
2) Low carbohydrate diet
3) Please go for diet with high fiber and high protein
4) Avoid sugared beverages and avoid foods with preservatives
6) Avoid junk food with trans fats
7) Strict control of sugar levels and blood pressure levels is necessary
8) Regular health check ups including ECG and 2d echo at least every 6 to 12 months
9) Daily exercise for at least 45min a day for 5 days a week
10) Totally avoid sedentary lifestyle
11) Practice yoga to become stress free.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
