Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of lipid profile report is as follows:
1. The total cholesterol is within normal limits.
2. the HDL cholesterol should be above 40 mg/dl. The HDL in your case is slightly low.
3. LDL cholesterol is raised. It should be below 100 mg/dl.
4. VLDL cholesterol should be below 20 mg/dl. It is slightly raised in your case.
5. Triglycerides are slightly raised. Its level should be below 150 mg/dl.

Thus LDL, VLDL and triglycerides are raised.
You need to follow certain life style modifications and drugs to lower the raised levels of LDL, VLDL and triglycerides.

Life style modifications include consuming less amounts of saturated fats, exercising, taking more of fiber rich foods like whole grains, fruits and salads, etc.
You need to consult a physician for prescription of lipid lowering drugs.

Thanks and take care
