How To Control A Child Suffering From ADHD, ODD And Learning Difficulties?

I have 7 year old son with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder ADHD severe, oppositional defiance disorder ODD and learning difficulties. Yesterday morning at school he had some sort of episode which involved being very elevated behaviour, extremely hungry and searching thru other kids bags for food, saying he wanted to eat the world repeatedly, glazed eyes, pupils more dilated than usual, falling and leaning on his friends and he is not a tactile child, unable to stand up properly and appearing as if drunk, licking and kissing teacher s iPad. This continued for about 45 mins.

Hi, Thanks for asking. First of all I would like to know if your child is on any medication for ADHD or anger.
The episode which happened with him in the school could be an epileptic episode or it may be side effect of some medication he may be taking.
If such a child comes in my clinic I would definitely rule out occipital lobe epilepsy. EEG should be done.
Also make sure he is not doing any drugs as ADHD children are very impulsive and more prone to risk taking behaviour.
I hope I have helped you.
