How To Control A Troublesome Child?

I have a 3 year old granddaughter that destroys everything she touches. She is not my daughters natural child her real mother was addicted to ant and all drugs you can think of my daughter has adopted her they are trying to do everything they can.Please Help!!!

I really appreciate your concern and can understand your problem this is difficult situation indeed because it requires lot of patience and tolerating power to handle such child, just neglect the child avoid the act what ever she does keep her away from all the dangerous objects this is the only you could do, otherwise you need to see the child psychiatrist, take care and have a nice day.
