How To Control Bleeding From An Unstiched Peri Anus Nodule?

I had a peri anus nodule removed today, doctor made insision about 1" long, did not stitch it, because he wanted to promote possible drainage, it was done at 8:00 this morning, I have been trying to control bleeding by pressure and gauze packing with no luck

packing for 1 hour or so , it requires immediate attention of the Surgeon &
mandates necessary procedures to control the bleeding at earliest.
