How To Control Excessive Hunger For Food?
Hi Doctor
I can eat 2x toast and bowl porridge in morning and still get a sudden hunger attack before lunch that can not be passed, this will turn to sickness and dizziness I will have to stop and snack then will feel ok again until i get hungry again there is no build up to the hunger most of the times just the instant need for food ?

I need to know more of your medical data like are you obese or not, any medical history, is this something new for you, and what kind of job are you doing?
Meanwhile I would suggest to consult an endocrinologist, it go more for hormonal problems like thyroids problem.
