How To Control Excessive Masturbation?

Hello sir, I m a 21 year old boy weight 58kgs. I have been over mastrubating from last 2 years. N I want to control this thing.I have no sex experience. I feel like I have been ejaculating too soon and my penis does not seem to be as erect as before while mastrubating I m worried about this thing as I m skinny too which might effect me in future. I need to control this thing and need an expert advice. Please do help me sir.

Masturbation is normal, natural and usually not unhealthy. But if the masturbation practice is beyond the permissible limits, it may cause stress and physical tiredness.

This physical tiredness and stress coupled with wrong knowledge can lead to anxiety and depression.

You can reduce the masturbation to twice a week and engage in physical activities and games as well as your education or career.
