Hi Surabhi, I understand your concern for hair fall and typhoid fever but I really doubt that you have typhoid fever because typhoid doesn t last for 6 months and you have not mentioned any history of fever so let me know history of fever, coughing, weight loss, pain abdomen,loose motion, your appetite and food habits and tests done for typhoid. Hair fall could be because of any chronic illness, poor nutrition, iron or vitamin deficiencies or autoimmune disorders. I have seen patients with similar problems in my clinic and I would suggest them to make a temperature chart and have a balanced diet rich in fruit and green vegetables, good sleep, regular exercise. you can review with consultant physician to look whether u really have typhoid and to find cause of your hair fall.
