How To Control Heavy Periods?

hi , dis is shireen. i m bout 30 yrs.i have this problem of excess blood flow during my periods. my periods are regular and i donot have any other complaints except heavy flow past few months. kindly give me a treatment. had also taken out a scan and evrything is normal.

factors commonly causing hevy bleeds:hypothyroidism,anemia,malnutrition,uterine pathologies etc...
you check your hemoglobin level,&TSH.....if normal,may have to go for D&C....meanwhile,you take iron plus folic acid tablets and plenty of fruits and vegs to compensate for bllod loss.
