How To Control Prostate Growth And Flush Out Urine Completely?

Hello Doctors, my name is Franklyn and I am 65 years of age.My PSA use to be around 4,2 and now it,s 7.0. I have no problem urinating, I go two to three times during sleeping hours. My prostate has been growing 10 grams the last two years. It pushes up the bladder, that forms a "cup " where part of the urine stays in the bladder and is not flushing completely. The doctor did not gave me any medicine.My next appointment is coming january. What is to be done with the growing process and what else do you recommend ? Thanks in advance for your support.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have prostate enlargement. Mostly it is due to benign prostatic hyperplasia but your PSA is slightly high. So in my opinion you should go for prostatic biopsy once. Drugs like prazocin or terasozin can be used in prostatic urinary problems. Consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
