How To Control Weight Gain Which Is Causing Fatigue?

hi I am a 43 year old male and I have been seeing my doctor and having my heart checked out thinking it was bad and or my artaries was clogged thinking that was reson for my extreme fateg and waight gain but my heart is fine and no clogging of artares so they said diet exersice but I am so tired and hungry all the I have tried to control my eating and it just don't work do you think addapix will help I have already lost my job and have went from 170 to 245 in 8 months help

you should eat small frequent meals throughout the day (around 5-6) which will keep your BMR high and hence help in fat burn plus you will feel active as you are not overfeeding yourself.your meals should include plenty of fruits ,salads and soups (plain vegetable soups ONLY without cream/white sauce).ensure you do not consume more than 3 tsp of oil in a day.tell the person who cooks food the same and cook food in minimal oil .totally cut down on butter,cheese,jams,choclates,sweets,fried snacks and other junk food.try beginning ur meal with a big bowl of salad (chopped vegetables with few spices) and soup/big glass of buttermilk and then continue the rest of your meal.eat only whole grain cereals,boiled pulses/sprouts .replace brown rice instead of white rice and use skimmed or 3 % fat milk only.See to it that you have 2 cups of skimmed milk/low fat curd daily as proteins are very important for the body.munch fruits and salads in between the meals.do brisk walking one hr daily.Drink Plenty of water (around 2 to 2.5 litres a day).Follow this regime and see the difference.Keep patience as weight loss will happen gradually which is the healthy way of losing weight
