Hello and Welcome,
I have to say that I need more information to adequately address your thyroid issue such as are you on medication and how much? What is your TSH value? Do you have Hashimotos, the most common type of hypothyroidism? The diets for the two forms of hypothyroidism are different.
The treatment is to optimize thyroid function, avoid soy products, and follow a regular reduced calorie, increased exercise program.
It seems important to consult with your physician regarding why you are falling so much and are suffering from the symptoms you have as this may also be a contributing factor in your struggle with weight loss.
Just having the diagnosis of low thyroid is not a reason anymore for not being able to lose weight if you are getting proper treatment to keep your body metabolically stable.
