How To Convince My Partner For Good Parenting?

Hi Doctor,
My husband seems to b constantly in irritated mood. He keeps finding faults with anything i do . This actually irritates my lil kids 9 years and 5 years and they dont respond to him well. I feel sad for both my kids and my husband. Though he does all the earnings ets for him he has to face their rejection.How can I convince him about good parenting.

I can understand your concerns.
In my opinion your should talk to your husband regarding why he remains irritated? Talking about it may help him vent his feelings. Also both of you can device a way for him to tell you what he does not like with out sounding offensive. Also spend some family time together. If all this does not help then please take help of a psychologist.
