Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have already gone through thyroid surgery and it is colloid goitre. Your muscular. pain is not related to thyroid. It is due to muscular sprain or inflammation. You should take anti inflammatory plus analgesic drug with muscle relaxant.
You are taking medicine for blood pressure. Regularly check your blood pressure and if required change the dosage of your antihypertensive drug accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you very good health.
