Reflex sympathetic dystrophy is common after injury which can lead to hardness. RDS needs prolonged multimodal treatment, Tryptomer, and calcium channel blockers will help you. Take them consulting your doctor.
If you are not getting relief with medication then sympathetic block can be done.
Many of my patients find relief with yoga, pranayama, meditation. So you can also do that to improve your treatment results. Do continue physiotherapy.
Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
Wishing you good health.
