How To Cure UTI Symptoms?

I have had urinary symptoms much like a UTI. It felt "funny" at the end of urination. I was on 500 mg of Cipro for two times a day for five days. I felt better and it's been a few times since I stopped it, and now the symptoms are back with a vengeance. I urinate and I get this terrible urgency at the end of urinating like I still have to go, but I can't. Then twice I felt like I had to go, all within a few minutes, and only a few dribbles come out. I am also a diabetic.

- drink plenty of liquids
- consume antibiotics only according to urine culture report & complete the
recommended course honestly as advised by your physician
- keep blood sugar , weight , BP under control
- use bathroom as and when required , don`t withheld urine for long period
- keep genitals clean , dry
- avoid smoking / alcohol
- remain ambulatory regular walking , exercises , YOGA help a lot
