How To Cure A Bump In Vagina Of Around 3 Inches?

Hi, my name is Victoria. I am 18, and I have a cherry sized bump in my vagina, it s approximately 2 1/2 or 3 inches in. My question is, what could it be? I have zero STD s, but I did have a yeast infection and I am right around the time to start my period. Please help, and thank you for your time!
