How To Cure A Pea Sized Lump Inside The Vagina?

Hi. I discovered a lump about the size of a pea on the inner lip on the right side of my vigina last night I tried to get it to pop thinking pimple or cyst but it wouldn t pop out of the skin but it did pop on this inside. I felt it pop with a gush between my finger in side the skin. What could this have been and is it a bad thing that it didn t pop our of the skin but under it worried that it may cause an infection or form back as an even larger lump it did look as if it could have had a head but was to deep under the skin to pop out.
